You’ll gobble up Ladurée’s Thanksgiving macarons

America might be lukewarm about Macron — but when it comes to macarons …

Ladurée — the Parisian macaron shop — is helping sweets lovers forget French President Emmanuel Macron’s dissing of President Trump during the Armistice Day tribute.

Just in time for Thanksgiving, the shop is launching its holiday collection, found at its shops in Soho and on Madison Avenue.

This year Ladurée is collaborating with Sverre Saetre, a Norwegian celebrity chef, who has created the “Tine” yule log and three new macaron flavors.

They are the Sea Buckthorn, a small, acidic fragrant berry; brown cheese, which is caramelized brunost cheese with waffle sprinkles; and raspberry/rice pudding macarons with whipped cream, vanilla and chopped almonds.

The Peninsula New York also is collaborating with Ladurée for an afternoon tea that runs until Nov. 23, for $70 per person. It comes with eight savory and sweet treats.

The Flying Fisherman, a pescatarian-heavy seafood gastropub on the Upper West Side, now has a casual ying to its yang.

Fish on the Fly has just opened next door at 269 Columbus Ave. The 12-eat, 225-square-foot space serves casual fare and is also big on delivery. Think $19 lobster rolls served on garlic brioche

buns and Old Bay seasoned fries; $13 crispy fish tacos, a $14 seafood stew and creamy New England chowder.

There’s also Southern po-boy sandwiches or platters; fried clams; fried or grilled shrimp; and crispy fried or grilled fish. Diners can also create their own Poke dish with different options, from rice salad or soft taco to scoops of ahi tuna, shrimp, tofu or chicken. Both eateries are from Jeremy Wallis’ The Restaurant Group.

Vegan favorite by Chloe has signed a lease to open at 1385 Broadway, a 1,787-square-foot space, in the Garment District, that seats 32 people.

Phil Katz of Katz NYC represented by Chloe, while the Savitt Partners team of Bob Savitt, Brian Neugeboren and Nicole Goetz repped the owners. The asking rent for retail space at the property was $200 per square foot.

We hear… that chef Galen Zamarra, formerly of Mas (Farmhouse), is the new executive chef at partner Geoffrey Zakarian’s The Lambs Club in The Chatwal Hotel.
